Tiger Loses US Open But Wins At Life

Angel Cabrera of Argentina won the US Open golf championship by one stroke against Tiger Woods. Sunday’s final round brought NBC ratings of a 7.0/17 in overnight markets. The final half hour of the same Sunday round produced a 6.1/23 for M25-54 rating and a 3.7/16 in A18-49.

Although not the winner of the golf tournament, Tiger was the big winner the following day when he and his wife celebrated the birth of their first child, a daughter, whom the couple named Sam Alexis Woods.
