Reebok gets MonopolyReebok has secured a Monopoly (Yes, you read that right) a Monopoly from Hasbro, that is.

This past month, the brand that fits you on and off the field secured a partnership with Hasbro to develop Monopoly footwear. The game is imprinted on Reebok shoes to give consumers a custom look. It is priced at $40 for kid sizes and ranges from $75-85 for adults.

Reebok is very excited about the prospects of this partnership. As expressed by Christian Stegmaier, the brands head of lifestyle product marketing, Monopoly has global recognition as one of the most iconic board games of all time, and Reebok is excited to be able to translate this fun into footwear.

During the first quarter of 2008, Reebok experienced a decline in sales. With this vibrant collaboration, Reebok hopes to revitalize the brand by attracting youthful consumers, as well as adults that have a sentimental place for Monopoly.

Lets wait and see it the concept lands on
Park Avenue or Go to Jail.
