TNT wants Bruckheimer and Wahlberg

As of late, TNT is making an effort to produce more original shows. The network is currently in talks with Jerry Bruckheimer and Donnie Wahlberg to produce successful new shows.

Sources close to the deal say that the cable network is on the final stages with Bruckheimer for an untitled original TV series. The script, which is written by Dong Jung, narrates the story of a squad of undercover LAPD officers who fight temptations of the criminal world.

On the other hand, TNT has green lighted the pilot titled Bunker Hill starring Donnie Wahlberg. Set in Boston, the story follows the life of Mike Moriarty (Wahlberg) as a retired covert ops agent, who becomes a cop in his hometown, which is now a haven for crime and corruption.

TNT is expected to present their new show line-ups by the end of this year.
