Kanye WestRap sensation Kanye West is now working on a new pilot for Comedy Central.  The project is described as "hip-hop meets the Muppets". The half-hour pilot is tentatively titled Alligator Boots, which will be produced by Jackhole (the same production company that bought us Jimmy Kimmel Live)

Aside from West, the pilot is also co-produced by South Parks Jon Kimmel, and a host of other notable producers.  The pilot is under consideration for Comedy Centrals 2009 program line-up. The show will be hosted by different celebrity guests per episode (ala Saturday Night Live and Muppet Show). Aside from featuring music produced and performed by Kanye West, the show will also see the artist host one episode.
