Tony Bennett Sings For Bloomingdale

Published on October 31, 2008 by   ·   No Comments

This holiday season, singer Tony Bennett will not be singing for himself. Instead, the legendary singer will be singing for retailers, as he has agreed to be the centerpiece of Bloomingdale?s holiday promotion.

Bennett albums will be available online and in stores from Bloomingdale. The campaign looks to promote Bennett?s Christmas album. And when the holiday windows open in the Lexington Avenue shop on November 20, Tony Bennett will perform live to meet the occasion. Along with Bennett are a host of other musicians who will be trying to raise money for charity.

The campaign will feature some of Tony Bennett?s most renowned works as an artist and a singer.

?One thing about the holidays,? said Tony Bennett in a recent phone interview, ?No matter what happens, the holidays soften everybody.?
