CBS launches branded web series

CBS Interactive (NYSE:CBS) will be launching the network?s newest web series in February titled ?Heckle-U,? which will be sponsored by P&G through product placement.

The new show will complement the network?s coverage of the much-anticipated NCAA March Madness. The 10-episode series follows the life of a slacker who takes pleasure in heckling and taunting players of the opposing team during games. It stars renowned comedian Tom Arnold and ?Punk?d? actor Owen Benjamin.

?Heckle-U? is produce by Nu Media Studios, the digital production house and management company founded by Michael Kernan.
