Code of practice for product placements on Irish TV

The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) is expected to draft a complete code of practice for product placement for local broadcasters.
The anticipation follows the recent release of an interim code.
The interim code, which is currently in place, requires a full-screen product placement warning and alerts as commercial breaks end.
Reports say that the complete code will only display the alert logo on screens. They say that this will be implemented next year.
