Product placement on your e-book

According to an article from The Wall Street Journal, product placements are making their way to e-books.
With readers dropping prices, what else will be left for publishers? Their profits from e-books would not be as hefty as what they would make selling actual books. These days, young readers would prefer reading an e-book.
E-book advertisements solve this problem for the publisher.
In the past years, product placement has established itself on television, film, and music. Adding e-books to that would further strengthen the industry.
