The top three movies in America today all feature product placements

The American, George Clooney?s latest movie, ruled the box office tally last weekend, trumping Going the Distance and Machete.
The movie agreed to a product placement deal with Gilt Group, the designer discounter.
Going the Distance, which stars Justin Long and Drew Barrymore, has a product placement from Apple. Long has been working as Apple?s spokesman for many years now. He always stars in movies with many product placements.
Machete also has an Apple product placement.
