Hollywood’s Love Affair with Apple

Recent research indicates that Apple products are the most used product placements in Hollywood.
According to a study conducted by Brandchannel.com, Apple products appeared in 10 of the top 30 films in the US box office. While this was a great milestone for Apple, it did represent a decrease compared to its product placement statistics in 2009 and 2008.
Other rising product placement brands included: Nike and Sony.
We will continue seeing Apple product placements in 2011. In fact, it will have appearances in the upcoming film, “Transformers 3”.
