Hulu to launch branded entertainment campaigns

Published on March 24, 2011 by   ·   No Comments

Hulu, the American video hub, is putting more investments on branded entertainment. The company is reportedly partnering with Great Works—a digital marketing agency—to produce new content.

Hulu, owned by NBC Universal, Fox, and NBC, reeled in more than 143 million views last February. This means that it has a big market in its hands.

Branded entertainment is one of the fastest growing advertising methods in the United States. Brands are realizing that funding their own campaigns is more cost efficient and just as effective as traditional advertising.
