Recently, “Jersey Shore” signed a product placement deal with Obscene Jeans. However, Snooki is not happy with being Obscene!
According to TMZ, Snooki isn’t happy with the clothing company using her name in its latest brand advertising. While the deal with Jersey Shore has been confirmed, Snooki’s agent says that the use of her name came unauthorized.
This creates quite a dilemma with Obscene, who thought they were getting Jersey Shore’s female cast members as models for their jeans on television.
Apparently, the deal seems to be bogus. Celeb Branding LLC, the company that arranged the deal, promised Obscene that the reality stars would be available for print interviews and would sport the jeans during the show. However, this could not be fulfilled by Celeb Branding.
Armed with a cease and desist letter, Snooki has pushed Obscene Jeans away.
