Recipes to Riches serves you product placements with a twist

“Recipes to Riches,” the Canadian cooking competition series, has created partnerships with Temple Street Productions, Capital C, and Loblaws to forge a product integration arrangement.

As opposed to product integration, the show prides itself as promoting product creation.

The series, which airs in the Food Network, gives the opportunity for families to turn their recipes into a product for Loblaws, making them available to consumers across the country.

Each week, one winner from the show is picked. The winning recipe then hits Loblaws stores for the weekends, so consumers will be able to taste the product themselves.

Reports say that Temple Street Productions developed the idea, which is aimed at putting a twist at traditional reality show prizes.

Why can’t both be used somehow? You claim to be loking for new, tasty dishes, but here you are, turning your back on possible goldmines. Think about it.
