FreemantleMedia appoints new CEO for branded entertainment

FremantleMedia has announced the promotion of Keith Hindle as its CEO for digital and branded entertainment.

Hindle will be responsible for all digital, sponsorship, and social media activities, which include management of the company’s content channels, app, as well as screen extensions and online gaming.

“This is a very exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of FremantleMedia’s ambitions in digital and branded entertainment,” said Hindle. “We have a history of innovation around extending the audiences’ experiences and interactions with our shows, creating new kinds of entertainment for digital platforms, and working with advertisers and sponsors on best in class opportunities to connect with our viewers.
